Birthday Cake
Howdy folks! I'm back. Its been a whirlwind but I'm back (for now). I had a big board meeting that I just finished this past weekend and it was just a really busy September.
I had to show you the cake I made for my cousin's birthday two weekends ago. I really liked how it turned out. I need help with the writing part, but other than that, it was really very good. But I will say that I'm not into making big cakes. Not my thing. I used my mocha cappuccino recipe and tripled the recipe to make a 12x18in cake. I then made the chocolate fudge frosting that I had made before. The combination of them all was fantastic. (yes, we had cake for DAYS...there were only 19 people-including kids that showed up!) I had never heard of "Little Pet Shop" until my cousin suggested I make her kids 8th birthday cake. I used a template from a coloring book and bought the rest of the figurines as her gift. It was a total hit.

What a lucky kid to get such a wonderful cake!
My daughter lives for and absolutely loves Littlest Pet Shop. You said you used a template, but how did you transfer the image to the cake? I would love to do that as a suprise cake for her!!
You know, you have the best recipes on your site! The Oreo cupcake was such a hit, I get asked for it all the time!!
