Its time to make my infamous banana bread and it couldn't come at a better time than to submit it for Not Quite Nigella’s Banana Bread bakeoff event! I love this recipe. It is my go-to recipe for banana bread. I have another banana recipe (sour cream one YUM! I might make it later and then post) that I loved and made for years but then stumbled upon this recipe on a message board some years ago and its been my #1 since! And I don't even use butter!! I seriously use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter that comes in stick form. It sooooo good!
This is also the BF's favorite bread. He likes it stuffed with the goodies, you know, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate! I have to admit I'm a fan of the simple life (plain) or with nuts. So since the BF has gone back home for a few weeks, I made it 'my way'!!!!!!!!!
